EUROSAI Regional Technical Workshop for the application of the ClimateScanner
Prague, 3-7 June 2024
The SAO, together with SAI Brazil and with the support of the EUROSAI Working Group on Environment Auditing, organised an international EUROSAI technical workshop on the application of the ClimateScanner project. The event took place from 3 to 7 June 2024, at the SAO headquarters in Prague, and in addition to representatives of the SAO, 47 participants from abroad attended the workshop.
ClimateScanner is a global initiative led by SAI Brazil. The aim of the workshop was to obtain relevant information for planning future audits of supreme audit institutions in the field of climate. Participants gained comprehensive information about the ClimateScanner tool and practical tips on how to use it through the corresponding application.
After completing the workshop, supreme audit institutions should be able to move on to systematic evaluation and monitoring of government measures related to climate change.
